Any complaints regarding the tuition, or the services provided by Abingdon Dolphins or any of its staff, must be put in writing at the address noted above or e-mailed to Gill Higgs using the link on this page, detailing the grievance concerned, in order that it may be dealt with in the correct procedure. We will then reply to you detailing our findings and the remedial action that has been taken to rectify the issue and to ensure that any problem that has been reported does not happen again.
