Dolphinfit

Exercise in water is commonly acknowledged as an activity that provides good cardio vascular and muscular exercise with minimal risk of injury.

Dolphinfit is our gentle aerobics session ideal for women over 50, designed to maintain and improve stamina, strength and suppleness as well as increase cardiovascular fitness.                  
Unlike aerobics on land, Dolphinfit is low-impact and the cushioning effect of the water protects joints in the spine, ankle, hip and knees.

So if you’re looking to burn off a few calories, maintain suppleness or simply keep those muscles toned, Dolphinfit is for you.

You do not need to be a confident swimmer and you can work at your own pace.
Dolphinfit classes are held every Monday (our ladies only day).
The classes run for a 10 week term.
Classes take place at Radley College sports centre between 12:00 and 1:00

Cost - £45 per term (5 weeks £22.50 or weekly £5.50)
