Abingdon Dolphins runs a large number of RLSS courses in a fun and lively environment on Friday evenings at Radley College Sports Centre from 6.45 to 8.30 pm. These run on a termly basis, with fees paid 3 times a year. All certificates, qualifications and assessment fees are extra.
Courses are suitable for different ages and stages of swimmer, but swimmers must be competent and deep water confident.
Not all courses will necessarily run every term.
Rookie Lifesavers (for 8-11 years approx.)
Lifesaving Levels 1,2 & 3 (for 11 – 13 years approx.)
Bronze Medallion (13+)
Award of Merit
Distinction
NRASTC
NPLQ on-going training sessions (16+)
RLSS Assistant Teacher (14+)
